一、欧盟WEEE和RoHS指令出台背景及概要
在欧盟国家，由电子／电气设备产生的废弃物正在迅速增长。到目前为止，欧盟各国对此类废弃物进行填埋处理的比例高达90％以上。废弃物中所含有害物质铅、镉等对水、土壤以及空气造成污染，并将最终对环境与人类健康造成危害。
