任意取向非球形群聚粒子极化散射及其数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical T-Matrix Solution for Polarized Scattering from a Cluster of Spatially-oriented, Non-spherical Scatterers

摘要 利用T矩阵法,通过严格求解N个粒子的多次散射方程,发展了任意大小、空间分布和取向的多个非球形粒子集合性相干散射的数值计算方法。数值地给出了群聚椭球粒子双站和后向极化散射与粒子的形状、分布和取向等参量之间定量的函数关系。讨论了(1)群聚椭球粒子与等体积球形粒子后向散射的差异;(2)群聚椭球粒子的不同取向对集合性相干散射的影响;(3)多个粒子相干散射与独立散射的差异;(4)群聚粒子多次相干散射对复散射振幅函数值和消光系数的影响。并将数值结果和已有的实验结果进行了比较。 As the scatterer size is comparable with the wavelength, a rigorous solution of T-matrix is used tocalculate scattering from the scatterer. When scatterers are non-uniformly clustered I coherency of collective scattering from scatterers must be taken into account. We employ multiple scattering formlllation of T-matrix method todevelop numerical simulations of polaring chattering from a cluster of spatially-oriented, non-spherical particles. Numerical results present polarized bistatic and back-scattering and functional dependence on the particle shape, spatialdistribution, orientation and other parameters. Numerical results show that (l ) variations of complex scattering amplitude functions and extinction coefficient of clustered particles due to collectively multiple scattering I (2) the scattering difference between clambered non-spherical and spherical particles I (3) difference between collectively coherentand independent scatteringi (4) the effect due to orientation distribution of clustered non-spherical particles. Numerical calculations are also well compared with experimental data of a twosphere cluster.
