摘要
金属腐蚀不仅给油田带来巨大的经济损失,而且给安全生产带来严重威胁。通过对土壤微生物、理化性质及挂片试验,分析了埋地金属管道的腐蚀机理及腐蚀速率,并应用试验的方法验证了交流电对腐蚀的影响;针对腐蚀机理给出了具体对策,并取得了显著的效果。
Corrosion of metal will result substantial economic loss and seriously threaten the safety in oilfield production. By soil microorganism test, physical and chemical property test and coupon test, the corrosion mechanism and the corrosion rate of the buried metal pipeline are analyzed. Also the effect of AC current on the corrosion is verified by testing. Some specific counter - measures are suggested accordingly and good result is achieved.
