摘要
为高职院校科学有效地开展学生心理健康教育提供依据.采用SCL-90、生活事件量表、应对方式问卷对270名高职医学护理学生进行了调查和数理统计.研究表明:人际关系问题、学习压力是影响高职护理生心理健康的生活事件;高职护理生的心理健康状况与学生生活事件和应对方式显著相关;生活事件的人际关系和学习压力因子与应对方式的幻想、自责、解决问题、健康适应因子对高职护理学生心理健康影响最大;应对方式是作为生活事件与心理困扰症状的中介变量而存在并发挥作用的.
The research aims at providing basis for carrying out mental health work scientifically and effectively. The researchers have a survey of 170 college nursing students from Zhangzhou Vocational Medical and Nursing College by using SCL-90, Life Events Scade, Coping Style Questionaire. Research shows interpersonal relationship problems and study pressure are the major life events affecting their mental health. Factors of their life events and coping styles are comparatively highly related with mental health. Life event factors of interpersonal relationship problems and study pressure and coping style factors of fantasy, self-criticism, setting problems and health adaptation exert the greatest effects on their mental health, coping styles function as the intermediate variable between life events and metal health.
