葛根素对慢性肺原性心脏病左心功能的影响

Effect of Gegensu on Left Ventricular Function of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的:探讨葛根素对慢性肺原性心脏病(肺心病)失代偿期患者左心收缩和舒张功能的影响。方法:72例患者随机分为葛根素治疗组和常规治疗组。采用彩色多普勒超声心动图分别检测两组患者治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏量(SV)、心排血量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、二尖瓣舒张早期流速峰(E峰)与舒张晚期流速峰(A峰)比值,并对数据进行统计学处理。结果:葛根素治疗组左心收缩功能明显提高,与常规治疗组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);E峰与A峰的比值,治疗前后同组比较及两组组间比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:葛根素治疗可以显著改善慢性肺心病失代偿期患者的左室收缩功能。但短期治疗不能改善慢性肺心病失代偿期患者的左心舒张功能。

Objective：To explore the effect of Gegensu on left ventricular contractive and diastolic function of chronic pulmonary heart disease （CPHD） in compensation period and decompensation period. Methods：72 cases of CPHD were randomly divided into the Gegensu treatment group and the normal treatment group. The left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, stroke volume （SV）, cardiac output （CO）, cardiac index （CI）, ratio of bicuspid valve relaxation earlier stage flow rate peak （ E peak） and relaxation advanced stage （ A peak） were monitored with color Doppler ultrasonic cardiograph before and after treatment. Results：The left ventricular contractive function in the Gegensu treatment group was obviously decreased and had a significant difference compared with that in the normal treatment group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The ratio of E peak and A peak had no significantly difference between before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Treating with Gegensu can obviously improve the left ventricular contractive function of CPHD in decompensation period. However the treatment with short period can not improve the left ventricular diastolic function.
