摘要 本文介绍了刘家峡水电厂1#水轮机转轮叶片的裂纹情况,分析了叶片铸造缺陷、存在卡门涡共振、转轮叶片出水边与叶片联接部位存在应力集中等造成叶片裂纹的主要原因,并介绍了加大转轮叶片出水边与下环联结处的过渡圆角、转轮叶片出水边修型、避振运行等相应的处理措施。 The issue of runner blade cracking which occurred on the rehabilitation runner of 1# turbine in Liujiaxia HPP was introduced in this paper. Several causes such as casting defect, Von Karman vortices, stress concentration at the outlet region near the band had been analyzed and the remedy measures such as enlarging transition radius at the outlet region near to the band junction, sharpening the blade outlet edge and improving the operation condition to avoid vibration had been adopted.
