摘要
目的探讨临床实践教学在医学心理学教学中的应用价值,以提高医学心理学教学质量。方法以青岛大学医学院1999年级1、2班作为实验班,3、4班作为对照班,实验班采用教师讲授结合临床实践的教学方法,实践课采用以问题为中心的教学形式(PBL教学法);对照班采用以教师讲授为主的传统教学方法。教学效果根据统一命题考试、统一阅卷的考试成绩及自制医学心理学实践教学临床效果评估问卷进行评价。结果实验班与对照班学生考试成绩中基础知识部分得分无显著性差异(t=1.61,P>0.05),而总分及案例分析题得分有显著性差异(t=6.86、3.75,P<0.001);实验班和对照班的自制医学心理学实践教学临床效果评估问卷评估得分有显著性差异(t=3.60,P<0.001)。结论加强医学心理学实践教学在不影响学生掌握基础理论知识的前提下,不仅提高了案例分析的能力,而且大大提高了学生的临床实习意识和能力,有推广的价值。
Objective To study the value of clinical teaching of medical psychology and to improve the teaching standard. Methods A research was clone on four classes, which consisted of 114 students enrolled to Qingdao University Medical College in 1999. Classes 1 and 2 were tested classes, Classes 3 and 4 served as controls. Combination of theory teaching and clinical practice and Problem-Based Learning (PBL) were adopted for tested classes, and traditional teaching method for the control classes. The teaching result was appraised by scores of the examination and questionnaire. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in elementary knowledge (t= 1.61, P〉0.05), but they differed greatly in case analysis and total scores (t= 6.86,3.75;P〈0. 001). The scores of tested classes was significantly higher than those of the controls (t=3.60, P〈0. 001). Conclusion Practical teaching in medical psychology, which can improve the students' ability of case analysis and their consciousness and skills of clinical practice, is obviously superior to merely traditional method, and is worthy to be applied.
