无溶剂中温固化环氧胶粘剂力学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 无溶剂中温固化环氧树脂胶粘剂是顺应环保发展而研制的新型胶粘剂,不仅可改善环境质量,而且力学性能有大幅度提高。采用脂环族三官能度环氧树脂改性双酚A型环氧树脂,促进剂催化酸酐实现中温固化。树脂体系对纤维的湿润性好,常温条件下纤维增强树脂的弯曲强度为559.11 MPa,剪切强度为54.17 MPa;湿热环境下[(65±2)℃/12 h]的剪切强度为50.80 MPa;通过电子扫描电镜分析其断口微观结构均匀致密,而且破坏形式为韧性断裂。 The solvent-free epoxy resin hinder curable at moderate temperature is a new hinder to comply with environment-frlendly reguirment. This hinder not only can improve the environment guality, moreover has enhanced greatly mechanical properties. Through modifying the bisphenol A type epoxy resin with alicyclic trifunctional epoxy resin and promoting the reaction of anhydride with self-made promoter the hinder can be cured at moderate temperature. The wetting power the hinder resin system to glass fibre was good and the resin composite enhanced with s-100 glass fabric had good mechanical properties at room temperature, bending strength 559.11 MPa shearing strength 54.17 MPa in 25 ℃ and 50.80 MPa after (65 ± 2) ℃/12 h. The scanning electro micrograph showed that the microstructure of fracture was homogeneous and the type of failure was ductile fracture.
