摘要 随着工业的发展,有时要在易燃易爆环境下对流体进行监测.光纤中由于没有电流的流动,因此光纤涡街流量计在易燃易爆的环境下体现了其不可替代的优势.将传统的涡街流量计和现代的光纤传感技术相结合,设计了一种基于光频率调制原理的新型光纤涡街流量计.该流量计具有精度高、响应快、在易燃易爆环境下具有安全可靠等特点.对传感器结构和硬件组成进行了设计,克服了传统流量计的诸多不足.并通过实验证明了该方法的可行性和有效性. Along with the industry development, sometimes we must carry on the monitor under the flammable explosive environment to the fluid. There's no the electric current flowing in the optical fiber, therefore the optical fiber vortex flowmeter has the manifested superiority under the flammable explosive environment which it cannot be substituted. This paper unified the traditional vortex flowmeter and the modem optical fiber sensor technology, and a new optical-fiber vortex flowmeter is designed based on the light-frequency modulation principle . This flowmeter has so many characteristics such as the high precision, the quickly responding, the safe reliability under the flammable explosive environment. Then it introduced the improvement sensor structure and the hardware composition. It has overcome many insufficiencies of the traditional flowmeter. The feasibility and the validity of this method have been proved through the experiment.
