摘要
圆度误差是机械零件及其互换性的重要指标,是产品质量的关键,这里提出一种基于粒子群优化算法计算圆度误差的方法.粒子群优化算法(PSO)是一种进化计算技术.它的优势在于简单容易实现并且没有许多参数需要调整.该方法克服了传统圆度误差最小二乘法评价的局部收敛问题.仿真实验结果表明,本文介绍的方法可以有效、正确地评价圆度误差.
The roundness error is an important index of mechanical parts and their interchangeableability, it is the key to quality of product, too. A new method for calculating the roundness error based on particle swarm optimization has been proposed. Particle swarm optimization is an evolutionary computation. Its predominance is that the technique is simple, easy to be realized, and it needn't adjust many parameters. The method overcomes the local convergence in evaluation of traditional roundness based on least square method (LSM). Finally simulation experiment results have shown that this method can correctly and effectively evaluate roundness error.
