摘要 本文介绍了所研制的断路器机械磨合试验台的测试方法和软件设计,以国产多种断路器为研究试验对象,选用工控机、伺服系统、高速数据采集卡和光电开关等硬件,设计了一套断路器寿命自动试验装置.使用Labview软件,采用多进程技术设计了针对不同型号产品自动寻找基准位置、按照指定要求自动完成寿命试验过程、数据库存储查询及打印等多功能的图形用户操作界面(GUI),并进行了安全提示和产品保护设计.对断路器的机械寿命和电寿命提供可靠的评估. A testing method of circuit breaker is introduced, and a set of software is designed tor me testing system. By researching several types of circuit breakers made in China, a data acquiring and processing system is designed using industry computer, servo motor, high speed data acquisition card (DAC) by NI Inc, photoelectric switch and so on. A Graphical User Interface (GUI) is designed using Labview with the functions of finding the benchmark position for various types of circuit breakers automatically, finishing the test according to appointed request automatically, database saving and querying, printing, and so on. This system can evaluate reliably the physical longevity and electrical longevity for circuit breakers .
