腰椎间盘边缘MR T_2 WI高信号区影像学特征及其与临床症状的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨腰椎间盘边缘MRT2WI高信号区(HIZ)的影像学特征及其与椎间盘退变和临床症状的关系,以提高对此征象的认识。方法回顾分析我院2005年1~9月间行腰椎MR检查者,排除外伤、骨折、手术、肿瘤、椎间盘突出等影响分析结果的疾病后,分析椎间盘HIZ的影像学特征及其与临床症状的关系。结果226例中54例发现HIZ,共检出HIZ107个;HIZ与临床症状间没有明显的相关性。结论HIZ在退变椎间盘的发生率相当高,但与临床症状无明显相关性。 Objective To explore the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) characteristics of high-intensity zone (HIZ) and its correlation between degeneration of intervertebral disc and clinical symptoms so as to understand the MRI sign more exactly. Methods All the patients who had undergone MRI for lumbar spine in the first three quarters of 2005 were studied retrospectively, those with trauma, fracture, surgery, tumor or lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were excluded. Then MRI presentations of HIZ and its correlation with clinical symptom were analysed. Results In 226 patients studied, HIZ was found in 54 cases, totaling 107 HIZs. There was no statistical correlation between HIZ and clinical symptoms. Conclusion The incidence of HIZ in degenerative intervertebral disc is relatively high, but it has nothing to do with the clinical symptoms.
