摘要
目的探索一种在头颅整形定位侧位图像上能同时清晰显示骨组织和软组织的摄影技术。方法采用在头颅定位测量X线机球管窗口上贴敷包装牙片用铝箔的方法,通过测量不同年龄、性别和头型病人的头颅横径数值,探讨其与X线摄影条件、铝箔大小、厚度之间对应关系,根据质量评价标准,对所摄图片质量进行评价分级。结果X线球管窗口贴敷铝箔摄影技术与普通摄影技术相比,能有效平衡和补偿在一定摄影条件下,因头型及软、硬组织厚度和密度不同所造成的颌面部骨性组织和软组织不能同时清晰显示的难题,提高了头颅整形定位侧位片的图像质量。结论X线窗口贴敷铝箔摄取头颅整形定位侧位片技术简便、实用,取材容易,效果显著,可在临床摄影实践中进行推广。
Objective To explore a radiographic technique by adopting adhesive aiuminium foil on the window of the X-ray tube to clearly display both bone and soft tissue of the lateral projection of the skull for plastic surgery. Methods Adhesive aluminium foil on the window of an X-ray tube was adopted to measure the transverse diameter of skulls of different ages, gender and skull type, the relationship of the size and thickness of the aluminium foil with the radiographic value were studied, and the quality of the picture evaluated. Results This technology effectively improved the quality of the cephalometric picture for skulls of various types and displayed both bone and soft tissue of the maxiliofaciai region. Conclusion This radiographic technique is simple and practical, and is recommended in clinical application.
