甲状腺结节性病变的CT诊断

CT DIAGNOSIS OF THYROID NODULES

目的分析几种常见甲状腺结节性病变的CT表现,探讨甲状腺结节性病变的CT诊断和鉴别诊断要点。方法对我院2004年4月至2005年11月经手术病理证实的甲状腺结节性病变127例进行回顾性分析。结果本组127例,单发结节51例,其中甲状腺瘤10例,结节性甲状腺肿15例,甲状腺癌26例;多发结节76例,其中结节性甲状腺肿69例,甲状腺癌7例。CT对恶性病变诊断符合率为83.6%,对良性病变诊断符合率为75.8%。结论掌握各种甲状腺结节性病变的CT特点及其与周围结构的关系、以及有无颈部淋巴结转移,对其诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the CT features of common thyroid nodules and to explore their CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods The data of thyroid nodules in 127 cases confirmed by both surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results A solitary nodus was found in 51 cases, in which, thyroid adenoma （10 cases） ; nodular goiter （15） and thyroid carcinoma （26）. Multiple nodus in 76 cases, which were nodular goiters （69） and thyroid carcinomas （7）. The CT diagnostic accordance rate was 83.6% for the malignant, and 75.8% for the benign. Conclusion In the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of nodular diseases of thyroid,it is important to understand their CT features, their relationship with the surrounding structures and if there is any lymph node metastasis on the neck.
