肝内胆管细胞癌的CT诊断

CT OF INTRAHEPATIC CHOLANGIOCELLULAR CARCINOMA

目的探讨肝内胆管细胞癌的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法对11例经手术病理证实为肝内胆管细胞癌病人的CT表现进行分析。结果11例肝内胆管细胞癌病人的11个病灶平扫均为低密度,可见病变区胆管扩张,其中6例见肝包膜回缩征。增强扫描动脉期病灶边缘环形增强8例,门静脉期5例中央网格样增强,延迟期8例呈向心性增强,密度略高于正常肝实质。结论肝内胆管细胞癌CT表现具有一定特异性,有利于肝内胆管细胞癌诊断。

Objective To investigate the CT manifestations and their value in the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocellular carcinoma. Methods Eleven patients with the carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed. Results On plain CT scan all lesions were of low density with dilation of intrahepatic biliary duct. Retraction of liver capsule was found in six patients. On contrast enhancement, cricoid enhancement at arterial phase was found in eight patients, central reticular enhancement at venous phase in five, and centripetally enhancement at delayed phase in eight. Conclusion CT manifestations of intrahepatic cholangiocellular carcinoma are specific, which is helpful to the diagnosis of the disease.
