摘要
目的研究某院临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌产酶特性。方法参照美国临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI)标准,采用纸片协同法对鲍曼不动杆菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)情况进行检测;用酶提取物三维试验法检测AmpC酶;用聚合酶链反应(PCR)法对鲍曼不动杆菌染色体DNA的ampC基因进行扩增。结果从临床分离的46株鲍曼不动杆菌均不产ESBLs;有22株细菌在AmpC酶三维试验中呈阳性;细菌DNA的PCR扩增,有39株菌为阳性。结论本次研究的鲍曼不动杆菌DNA上普遍存在有ampC结构基因,其对第三代头孢菌素耐药主要是由于产AmpC酶所致,而与ESBLs无关。
Objective To study the features of extended-spectrum β-1actamases (ESBLs) produced by Acinetobact er baumannii isolated from clinic in a hospital. Methods ESBLs produced by Acinetobacter baumannii were detected with the disk synergistic method; AmpC β-lactamases were detected by three-dimensional test and ampC gene of Acinetobacter baumannii chrosome DNA was amplified with PCR method. Results All 46 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from clinic did not produce ESBLs; 22 of which were positive in AmpC β-lactamases three dimensional test; 39 were positive with PCR amplification. Conclusion Structure gene of ampC exists in Acinetobacter baumannii DNA, the resistance to the third generation cephalosporins is mainly produced by AmpC β-lactamases, and which is not related with ESBLs.
