The Paradigm of Text-centered Criticism

现代西方文艺理论与批评经历了三阶段:通过作者来理解作品的作者中心论,通过作品文本自身来理解作品的文本中心论,通过读者接受来理解作品的读者中心论。这三种范式都以自己独特的理论视角和批评形态为西方文艺理论与批评做出了辉煌的贡献。根据库恩的科学革命理论,文学理论与批评范式的变革也是一个动态的历史发展过程,文本中心批评范式在立足文本形式的基础上,确立了文学与世界的关系,通过形式主义、新批评、结构主义、符号学等构成了强大的科学理论体系,对理论范式的变革、扬弃以及当代理论的多元化走向起了重要作用。

Modem Western literature criticism theory went through three stages, including the writer-centered stage, text-centered stage and reader-centered stage. The three paradigms contribute greatly to the development of literature criticism with their instinct viewpoints. According to Kuhn＇ s science reform theory, the evolution of literature theory and critical paradigm is also a dynamic process. The text-centered theory, based on the style of the texts, sets up the relation between literature and world, playing an important role for the multiple development of the modem theory.
