摘要
设计并研制了一种简单实用的近距离测速仪,可用于分离式霍普金逊压杆实验装置。该测速仪采用红外线脉冲发射、光电二极管探测器接收,来自冲锤反射的脉冲信息被接收并后转换电路传送给单片机,单片机记录下相应的时间信息,进而计算并显示冲锤在单次撞击后的末速度。设计了软硬件,介绍了测速仪的结构、工作原理、功能特点;构建了用于分离式霍普金逊压杆实验装置的测试系统,为实验提供了一种简单实用的测速仪器。
A novel velocimeter is deigned and made. The device is used to test the velocity of an impactor in Sprit Hokinson Bar experimental setup. The infrared ray pulse emission is used, The photoelectric diode is employed to receive the light reflected from the surface of the impaetor. Those optical information will be transferred by circuit and send to a Microcontroller. The Microcontroller stores corresponding time information. The velocity of the impactor after a single impact can be calculated according to a formula. Hardware and software are made. The construction and the operation principle of the velocimeter are introduced as well as its features, The measurement system used in Split Hokinson Pressure Bar experimental setup is designed, which will offer a new simple and effective device for testing the speed.
