摘要
钎焊温度及其分布是影响导管钎焊质量的最重要参数之一。针对导管感应钎焊升温快、温度分布差异大的特点,以K型热电偶作为温度传感器,基于AT89C52单片机开发了温度采样模块,采用MAX485构成了多点测温系统的通讯网络,利用PC机存储容量大、数据处理能力强的优点,研制开发了一套导管感应钎焊温度场多点同步测温系统。
Brazing temperature and it' s distribution are some of the most impoctant process parameters to control brazing quality. Aiming at the characteristics of high temperature rising in speed and great temperature distribution difference during on-site inductions brazing of tubes, a multi-point synchronous temperature measurement system with thermocouple was developed. This system is consisted of a tempeature sample module developed with K type thennocouple and AT89C52 single-chip computer, a communication network built up with RS-485 interface IC MAX485, anda personal computer and a set of software to deal with the temperature data.
