摘要 介绍了高压开关配电室SF6环境监测系统的组成、主要功能、工作原理及设计思想。系统应用电化学SF6浓度传感器,采用热裂解-电化学复合检测技术对高压开关配电室环境中SF6浓度实时进行监测,同时监测氧气含量、温度、湿度等参数,并且当配电室环境中SF6浓度、氧气含量超过标准时,自动启动现场排风扇进行排风,确保进入现场的工作人员的人身安全。系统具有性能稳定、测量准确、数据可靠、安装方便、结构紧凑、抗干扰能力强等特点,可广泛应用于电厂、变电站及高压开关生产厂家。 The composition, major function, operating principle and design idea of ST6 environment monitoring system for high-tension switch house were introduced. The system applied electrochemistry SF6 density sensor, and adopted heat cracking reaction-electro- chemistry composite detection technology to monitor ST6 density in the environment of high-tension switch house. At the same time, the system monitored a lot of parameteters such as oxygen gas content, temperature, humidity. For guaranteeing the safety of workers that entered the spot, the system would start fan automatically to expel the breeze when ST6 density or oxygen gas content in the environment of high-tension switch house exceed the standard. There are many characteristics in the system, such as stabilizing function, measuring accurately, dependable datum,installed expediently,tight Construction and strong anti-interference ability.So the system was used in power station, transformer substation,and factory of high-tension switch.
