基于虚拟仪器技术的辐射测温系统的研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用面阵彩色CCD摄像机获取辐射源图像信号,再利用数字像处理技术进行温度检测是近年来测温领域内的热点。但如何应用这些理论来测温,尤其是利用虚拟仪器技术来实现测温的相关研究还比较少。分析当前用于开发虚拟仪器软件后,提出了用3种软件(VC++,LabVIEW,MATLAB)来开发用于辐射测温的虚拟仪器。简单介绍了这3种软件的各自的优势、融合的方法,叙述了虚拟仪器辐射测温系统的基本结构,并详细说明了虚拟仪器的硬件设计和软件设计。最后给出了虚拟仪器测温系统的实验及结果。 It was a hot theme that used digital image processing technology to measure temperature. The digital image can he from a color plane surface array CCD. But how to develop efficiently a measmsure temperature system was a problem, especially used virtual instrument technology to develop.After analyzed the current soft of virtual instrument developed, advanced using three soft, which were Lab- VIEW, MATLAB and VISUAL C ++, to develop measure temperature system. The method assembled the advantages of three soft. It can reduce the develop difficulty, improve develop efficiency and cut down develop time. And this paper Simply introduced the method to combine the three soft and illuminated the principle of design and flow chart and used the developed meassure system to experimentalize on a stove. The results of experiment indicated the system aeconted with practical desire.
