摘要
活塞异形销孔加工过程中,镗刀径向微位移的控制与实时反馈是重点,也是难点。结合电涡流传感器非接触测量的特点,利用两点法对镗刀的径向位移进行精确测量,以提高加工精度。这种方法拆装简单,测量准确,抗干扰能力强,能满足一般的实时控制要求,预期可将精度提高到3μm.
The control and real-time feedback of boring cutter's radial micro-displacement, is the key on the machining process for non-circular pin hole of piston,and also difficulty. On the basis of electric eddy current's characteristic that non-contact measurement,we measure boring cutter's radial move accurately with two-point method,to improve the machining precision. The method is easy for assembly and disassembly, and has the capability of anti-jamming. It's enough for usual Real-time control, and will get the precision to 3 μm.
