综述了N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖羧化度测定方法及计算式,鉴于壳聚糖、N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖结构单元的复杂性,对几种测定方法的羧化度计算式进行了比较和评价。

The determination methods and calculation formulas of the substitution degree of N,O-carboxymethylchitosan were summarized. At the same time, the calculation formulas were compared and reviewed considering the complication of the structure unit of chitosan and N,O-carboxymethylchitosan.
