摘要
研究了SBS对沥青的燃烧性能及复合阻燃剂对SBS改性沥青的阻燃性能与物理性能的影响,并通过动态剪切流变仪和DSC-TG试验对阻燃SBS改性沥青的流变性能和阻燃机理进行了分析。试验结果表明:SBS的加入使基质沥青的氧指数降低;复合阻燃剂可显著提高SBS改性沥青的阻燃性能,并可提高改性沥青的车辙因子和热储存稳定性;当添加的阻燃剂与基质沥青的质量比为10%时,改性沥青可成为自熄性材料,并具有较好的物理性能;复合阻燃剂的加入可提高改性沥青的热分解温度和开始燃烧温度。
The influence of SBS on flame property of asphalt and the influence of a compound flame-retarder on flame-retardancy property and physical properties of SBS modified asphalt were studied. Rheological properties and flame-retarded mechanism of flame-retarded SBS modified asphalt were studied by dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) and DSC-TG test. The test results show that SBS reduces oxygen index of base asphalt; flame-retarded property of SBS modified asphalt is improved by adding compound flame-retarder remarkably. Rut factor and storage stability of SBS modified asphalt are improved too. When the dosage of compound flame-retarder is 10%, the SBS modified asphalt becomes to a self-quench material with good physical properties. Heat decomposition temperature and initial burning temperature of SBS modified asphalt can be risen by adding compound flame-retarder.
