摘要
以人为本的科学发展观正逐渐被中国人所接受。因此,本文以阐释以人为本思想的历史演进为逻辑起点,分析了以人为本是中国信访条例的必然选择,进而指出了以人为本思想在《信访条例》中的彰显。
Human-oriented scientific view on development is gradually accepted in China.This thesis,beginning with evolvement of human-oriented thought,points out that it is inevitable to choose human-orientation ascore of China＇s Regulations on Complaint Letters and Visits.
