粉防己碱对增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞体外凋亡的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察粉防己碱对培养的人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞的凋亡影响。方法培养人体增生性瘢痕的成纤维细胞,设实验组和对照组,实验组加入粉防己碱,用流式细胞仪和原位末端酶标记法观察比较两组之间的细胞凋亡率和阳性细胞率。结果细胞凋亡率实验组为18.62±2.41,对照组为10.55±2.50,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);阳性细胞率实验组为9.52%,对照组为4.28%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论粉防己碱能促进成纤维细胞的凋亡,可能具有防治瘢痕的作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of Tetrandrine on apoptosis of hypertrophic scar-derived fibroblasts. Methods Hypertrophic scar-derived fibroblasts were harvested and cultured in vitro. Tetrandrine was added to the culture media in the experimental group. The rates of the cell apoptosis and the rate of the positive cells were compared between the experimental group and the control group using FCM and TUNEL after 24 hours of culture. Results Apoptosis of fibroblasts was significantly increased after the use of Tetrandrine ( 18.62±2.41 for the experimental group vs 10.55±2.50 for the control group, P〈0.01), the rate of positive cells in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group (9.52% vs 4.28%, P〈0.01). Conclusion Tetrandrine can enhance apoptosis of fibroblasts, and might be used in prevention or treatment of scars.
