结直肠间质瘤12例临床病理分析
摘要
胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumer，GIST）是胃肠道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤，但结直肠间质瘤却十分少见，约占GIST的10％。我院1995年6月至2003年6月手术治疗结直肠梭形或上皮样细胞间叶性肿瘤15例，经病理科重新阅片，按Miettinen等的分类诊断标准确诊。全部病例补行CD117、CD34免疫组化检测，部分病例加行平滑肌肌动蛋白（SMA）、结蛋白（Desmin）、S-100蛋白、波形蛋白（Vimentin）免疫组化检测，确诊为结直肠间质瘤12例，结直肠平滑肌肉瘤2例，直肠神经鞘瘤1例。现将12例患者的临床病理资料分析如下。
