润兴皮肤消毒剂杀菌实验与临床应用研究

Bacteria- killing Test and Clinical Research about Application of Runxing Disinfectants

目的 探讨润兴皮肤消毒剂的杀菌效果。方法 用生物菌种按5×10^5-6CFU／ml各20ml滴染于样片上，消毒1min、临床应用30例皮肤消毒后做细菌定性定量分析。结果滴染的生物菌种等全部杀灭，灭菌指数为5×10^5-6CFU／ml。临床应用30例皮肤消毒后均无菌生长，符合卫生部皮肤消毒的标准要求。结论 润兴皮肤消毒剂消毒效果安全可靠，与传统皮肤消毒剂相比，具有使用方便、保护环境等优点，适用于各级医院。

Objective To investigate the effects of sterilization for Runxing disinfectant. Methods Biological bacterium Staphylococcus aurous , E coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa were put into the disinfectant at 5 × 10^5 -6 CFU/ml each, sterilized for 1 min, quality and quantity analysis were clone for 30 people after sterilization. Results All living bacteria were killed, sterilizaton index was 5× 10^5 -6 CFU/ml, no bacteria survive after sterilization. Conclusion Sterilization effects of Runxing disinfectant were trustable. Compare with the traditional methods it was easy to carry and could protect environment. It was suitable to hospital of various degree when doing skin sterilization.
