摘要
目的 调查朝鲜族与汉族护生实习期间主要压力源,为临床教师提供干预措施依据,以维护护生身心健康和提高实习效果。方法 采用问卷调查方法,对延边地区朝鲜族与汉族护生各50名,于实习后第48周进行压力源及压力程度调查。结果朝鲜族与汉族护生在语言与就业方面差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);压力源子条目中,毕业后就业、工作时的语言环境、语言对实习效果的影响,朝鲜族与汉族护生比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),汉族护生压力程度高于朝鲜族护生;而实习期间非护理工作多,朝鲜族护生压力程度高于汉族护生(P〈0.01)。朝鲜族护生中,中等水平压力占50%,高水平压力占31%,汉族护生中,中等水平压力占56.8%,高水平压力占20.5%,超高水平压力占4.5%。结论 本地区朝鲜族与汉族护生实习期间压力源及压力程度有所不同,学校、实习医院及社会应予以重视,采取相应减压措施。
Objective Investigate main stressor source of Korean and Chinese nurse students, provide interpose measure evidence for clinical teaching. So that keep students mental health and a higher practice effect. Methods Adopted questionnaire investigation, selected 50 Korean and Chinese nurse students of Yanbian Korean Area, to he investigate their stressor source and stressor degree on No 48 weeks after practice. Results It is statistics significance at difference of language and employment of Korean and Chinese nurse students ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , It is statistics significance at comparison and difference on employment, language circumstances and language effect to practice (P 〈 0.01 ) . Chinese students are higher stressor than Korean students. Korean students are higher stressor than Chinese students in non - nurses'job ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Korean students : middle level stressor is 50%, high level stressor is 4. 5%. Conclusion The stressor source an stressor degree is different on local area. It should he pay attention and adopted stressor reducing measure by school and practice hospital.
