腹腔镜手术治疗妇科疾病332例临床分析

Laparoscopic surgery for gynecologic diseases:A clinical analysis of 332 cases

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗妇科疾病的效果及手术要点。方法回顾分析了332例妇科腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果329例成功,中转开腹3例,成功率99.1%;平均手术时间115min(30min～200min),术中平均出血量155ml(10ml～300ml),平均肛门排气时间27h(6h～48h),除阴道成形术外平均住院时间3天(2～4天);无严重并发症发生。结论妇科腹腔镜手术创伤小、肠道干扰少、恢复快,手术成功率与手术适应证选择及手术技巧有关。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and techniques of laparoscopic surgery for gynecologic diseases. Methods Clinical data of 332 patients treated by laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results Operations were successfully completed in 329 cases. A conversion to open surgery was made in 3 cases. Successful operative rate was 99.1%. The mean operation time was 115min （30-200min）. The mean amount.of intraoperative blood loss was 155ml （10- 300ml）. The mean time to first passing flatus was 27h （6-48h）. The mean postoperative hospital stay was 3 days （2-4days）. There were no severe complications in all cases. Conclusion Laparoscopic operations for gynecologic diseases were mild trauma, slight intestinal disturbance and quick recovery. The successful operative rate is related to the indications and operator＇s skills.
