急诊尿道外伤治疗方法比较

A comparative for treatment of urethral injury in emergency

目的探讨急诊尿道外伤治疗的有效手术方法。方法对24例急诊尿道外伤病人分两组各12例,A组急诊行尿道断裂端端吻合术或尿道会师术;B组急诊行内窥镜下尿道内会师术。结果24例病人全部治愈,排尿通畅。两组病人保留导尿管时间,并发感染例数,尿失禁例数,尿道狭窄的例数,最大尿流率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但患者住院时间、手术时间、住院费用有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论内窥镜下急诊尿道外伤尿道会师术创伤少,费用低,住院时间短,手术时间短,效果满意,恢复快。

Objective To study the method for treatment urethral injury in emergency. Methods The treatment of 24 cases of urethral injury were divded A and B groups, A grougs were repair or anastomosised of the urethral injury B groups the urethral injury was achieved by urethral reunion operation in Endoscopy. Results All observed patients had good Voiding without impotence and incontinence. In groups two the placement of urine eathter infection. Urinary fistula ,urethral stricture maximum urinary flowrate there were no significant difference （P〉0.05）.but the average hospitalzation ,the average operation time, the average hospitalzation charge, was highly significant in statistics （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The ruethral injury was achieved by urethral reunion operation in Endoscopy it way offer advantages with respect to less invasion and less hospitalization, less charge easy recovery.
