摘要
合理确定输电线路跳闸—重合闸操作时机对提高电力系统稳定性具有重要的意义。本文以跳闸-重合闸电气操作全过程为研究对象,建立了跳闸-重合闸操作时机对电力系统稳定性影响的数学模型,并使用能量函数导出了最佳操作时机的条件及其整定策略。仿真表明,按最佳操作时机进行操作大幅提高了网络的传输能力和系统的暂态稳定极限。
The proper setting of the trip-reclosure time on a transmission line is substantial in improving power system stability. The whole trip-reclosure process was considered in this paper. The mathematical model was established for analysis of the influence of trip-reclosure time on power system stability. And then transient energy function was applied to have determined the optimal trip-reclosure time. The simulation result expatiated that the operations on the optimal trip-reclosure time had promoted the transmission capacity and the transient stability limit of power system to a great extent.
