Described the HV＆AC system design idea for the new campus of Shanghai university of traditional chinese medicine, such as the choice of the chilling and heat source of the HV＆AC system, the overall introduction of the air conditioning ＆ ventilation schemes and so on of different buildings. Presentd some design methods adopted in some buildings that required special indoor environment as the animal lab center and the anatomy research center. It can orovide a refrence for similar HV＆AC design
