三峡工程缆机风锚固结构ANSYS有限元分析

摘要 采用ANSYS6.1软件对三峡摆塔式缆机风锚固结构建模并进行了Von Mises应力分析,重点分析了危险焊缝和应力集中轴、孔的面接触区域;通过计算三种工况所有危险点的最大应力,给出了安全系数,认为三峡摆塔式缆机风锚固结构在所有的工况下都是安全的。 The model of the wind anchor of the luffing cable crane was builded by the ANSYS 6.1 software. Puted emphasis on the stress analysing of the welding seam and the axis-hole contact region where the maximal stress is emerged. Under three work conditions, the Von Mises stresses were obtained and the safety factors of every condition were given. The conclusion that the whole construction is safe under all the condition was achieved.
