我国反行政垄断立法模式的选择研究

行政垄断是一种滥用行政权力谋求市场强势地位的政府违法行为,其存在不仅限制竞争,而且与WTO规则相违背。它作为时下较为突出的一种垄断表现形式,给我国市场竞争与经济发展带来了很大障碍。正因为如此,社会各界对这一问题都给予了足够的关注和重视,研究这一课题也将具有十分重大的理论和现实意义。基于这一考虑,我们有幸邀请了上海政法学院博士生导师关保英教授、华东师范大学博士生导师张淑芳教授以及部分副教授、博士和硕士研究生围绕这一课题从不同的视角展开讨论。

Administrative monopoly is an action of government that misapplies the administration power to buck for the stronger place in the market. Its existence not only limits the competition but also is against the rules of WTO. As a main kind of monopoly, administrative monopoly has brought great drawback to our country＇ s market competition and economic development. Because of this complication, all circles of the society bestow enough attention and recognition to this issue. The study of this issue will take on great meaning both in theory and in realism. Base on this advisement,we invite Professor Guan Baoying, the Ph. D candidate director in Shanghai Institution of Politics and Law, Professor Zhang Shufang, the Ph. D candidate director in East China Normal University, some associate professors, doctors and masters to discuss on this problem.
