施硅对川西蒙山茶叶品质的影响研究 被引量:8

摘要 硅素是一种可以改善农作物品质的有益元素。通过盆栽试验研究硅肥的两种施用方法(土壤施用和叶面喷施)及其不同施用量对川西蒙山茶叶品质的影响。结果表明:施用硅肥对茶叶品质具有显著影响,土壤施硅可使茶叶中氨基酸和可溶性糖含量比对照分别提高38.66%和16.98%,而茶多酚和咖啡碱的含量分别降低15.28%和20.24%;叶面施硅则可使氨基酸和咖啡碱含量比对照分别提高33.47%和28.96%,而茶多酚和可溶性糖含量则分别降低12.39%和13.29%。 Silicon is a beneficial element that can improve the quality of the crops. Effects of different ways ( applying silicon to soil and spraying to foliage ) of silicon treatment and its rate on quality of Mengshan tea were studied with the tea cultured in pots. Experiment results showed that silicon applying has a significant effect to the quality of tea; when applying silicon in soil, the content of amino acid and soluble sugar in tea increased 38.66% and 16.98% respectively compared with the CK. But the content of tea polyphenol and caffeine decreased 15.28% and 20.24% respectively, when spraying silicon on foliage, the content of amino acid and caffeine increased 33.47% and 28.96% respectively compared with the CK. The content of tea polyphenol and soluble sugar decreased 12.39% and 13.29% respectively.
