摘要
我国成人高等教育在制度、资源配置和教育活动中存在不公正的现象,主要原因在于高等教育资源的有限性和成人高等教育的管理不规范。加强成人高等教育宏观管理、合理配制教育资源、规范教育活动是消除不公正现象的有效路径。
In respect to its system, resource deployment and performance, there exists the fairness of adult higher education in China, which is mainly resulted from the limitation of higher education resource and its management irregularization. Therefore, for the elimination of fairness it is an effective method to reinforce nmcroscopic management for adult higher education, reasonably deploy its resource and regularize its performance.
