摘要
文章主要立足于公共经济学角度对研究生收费制度作出分析。认为研究生收费与否的关键在于研究生教育是否具有公共产品属性,并尝试分析研究生收费制度的利弊所在,在此基础上进一步提出,解决研究生收费问题的途径在于制度创新。
This article analyse the charging institution for graduate students mostly from communal economics, charging or not is decided by the attribute of graduate education;Also,try to analyse the advantages and disadvantages of the institution, from the base, the article bring the view that the innovation is the only approach forward.
