摘要
骨组织工程是目前公认的最有可能在临床取得实际效益的研究领域之一,而细胞外基质材料的选取又是骨组织工程的关键。本文从材料的选择,制备方法以及临床应用等方面的研究现状进行了较系统的综述,并对当前基质材料研究所面临的问题以及未来的研究方向进行了分析。
Bone tissue engineering is one of the most promising fields that can bring about clinical benefits in the future, and the ExtraceUular Matrix is one of key elements in bone tissue engineering. This paper introduced the selection of materials, preparation method and clinical application of bone tissue engineering. It also analyzes the existing problems of extxacellular matrix in present and the direction in future.
