摘要
论述了后方基地平时预扩编汽车运力的重要地位作用,扩编汽车运力的基本原则、规模和方法,提出扩编汽车运力应把握建立健全完善的组织机构、建立快速的平战转换机制、采取多种渠道落实经费保障、结合保障任务认真组织演练等问题。
Transforming a high-grade pavement into a lash-up pavement airstrip is of great importance in combatreadiness in wartime. But the small or medium bridges in high-grade pavement sections will have some influence on airplane taking-off and landing. The paper mainly analyzes the structure vibration response of standard 13m-span bridges which are very common in current high-grade pavement. The bridge structure is supposed to consist of several simply-supported beams, with the checkmate-calculation load being a kind of plane. The dynamic response of the bridge while the plane passing through with a constant velocity and the impact influence of the plane landing directly on the bridge are analyzed by the integrated use of structural dynamic theory and ANSYS structural analysis software. Both the influence of bridge span and the transverse stiffness of the abutment, etc. , on the structural vibration of the small or the medium bridge and its bearing capability under the plane load are analyzed as well. In the light of the calculation results mentioned above, the possibility of the bridge with a span of less than 13m for the use of plane passing through it is validated.
