地铁暗挖隧道穿越软~流塑地层加固技术研究

摘要 南京地铁鼓楼站~玄武门站区间隧道穿越软~流塑地质段,采用浅埋暗挖法施工。针对土层特点,介绍了施工过程中采用的超前预支护大管棚静压顶入、大管棚间布设小导管、掌子面加固等施工技术。实践表明,施工方法简单、快捷,对周围环境影响小,对同类工程有借鉴意义。 Having to go through the soft-to-flowing plastic strata, the section of the Nanjing Tube between the Gulou Station and the Xuanwumen Station is built by the shallow-buried, concealed excavation method. With the characteristics of the strata considered, the paper introduces construction techniques adopted in the construction such as advanced pre-supporting large-tube shed static pressure jack-in method, laying small lead tubes between large-tube sheds, solidifying working faces, etc. It has been proved in practice that the construction method is simple and quick, and has little effect on surroundings. The construction of the project may well serve as a reference for similar projects.
