摘要 介绍了果蔬贮藏过程温度的热传导方程,并针对此方程是一个非标准型的偏微分方程组且参数繁多的特点,介绍了此热传导方程的一种数值解法. The thermal equations for farm products (fruit and vegetable) are described by a partial differential equations and their initial and boundary conditions. The equations are discreted by using numerical method, and then solved by using MATLAB language. From this, we can analyze those output data and try to find out the main factors governing the cold storage process.
