介绍了微机械加速度计的基本原理及其分类．重点论述了微机械加速度计的特点和它在民用领域内的不同应用,并对微机械加速度计领域内一些新的进展进行了讨论,指出了微机械加速度计的发展趋势．
The micromechanical accelerometer＇ s basic principle and the classifications are introduced and then further discussed are its characteristics and applications in the civil domain. In the end, the development trend of micromechanical accelerometer is forecast.
