摘要 在免疫调节机制中,CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞和FOXP3转录因子成为近十年来的一个研究热点。CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞在免疫调节中的重要作用已经得到了肯定,FOXP3被证实是CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞的发育和功能起关键作用的调节子。目前认为,至少在鼠类,FOXP3是CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞区别于CD4^+CD25^-T细胞的一个较特异性的标志。影响FOXP3诱导表达的因素很多,FOXP3介导的免疫调节机制也涉及多种分子,对FOXP3的更深入研究有助于发挥其在免疫调节中的重要作用。 CD4^+CD25^+Treg cells and transcription factor FOXP3 have been the focus of research in the field of immunoregulation mechanisms in the last ten years . It has been confirmed that CD4^+CD25^+Treg cells play a important role in immunoregulation and FOXP3 has emerged as a critical regulator of the develop-ment and function of CD4^+CD25^+Treg cells . Recently , it is considered that FOXP3 is a more specific marker to distinguish CD4^+CD25^+Treg cells from CD4^+CD25^- T cells at least in mouse. There are many factors to influence the induction and expression of FOXP3 and many kinds of molecules are involved in immune regulation by FOXP3 , so it is helpful to provide more insight into the role of FOXP3 in immunoregulation.
