摘要
孔群加工路线优化,对于提高多孔类零件的加工效率和质量具有重要意义。通过数控机床上孔群加工工艺路线的分析,利用动态规划算法,对数控机床孔群加工路线进行了优化计算。最后通过实例验证此优化方法在孔群加工中明显提高了数控加工的效率、降低了加工成本。
Optimization of multi-holes machining path planning is significant to improve the machining efficiency and quality of multi-hole parts. Through the analysis of multi-holes machining technique on NC machine, This paper optimized the multi-holes machining path with dynamic algorithms. Finally, with an example, it illustrated the dominancy of improving the efficiency of NC machining and cutting manufacture cost in multi-holes machining of the proposed methods.
