摘要
为探讨室壁瘤的大小和左室整体收缩功能之间的关系,选择对照组和室壁瘤组各15例,运用放射性核素心室造影影法中的位相分析法对室壁瘤的病人进行评价。结果:室壁瘤组每个病人的LVEF和对照组均值的差值(△LVEF)与室壁瘤的象素单位总和(pixels)作直线相关分析,得到相关方程式。提示:放射性核素心室造影法中的位相分析法计算出的室壁瘤象素总和反映了收缩期射入室壁瘤的血容量,室壁瘤的矛盾性扩张造成了左室功能的下降。
To investigate the relationship of ventricular aneurysm and left ventricular function, phase analysis of radionuclide ventriculograms on the patients of ventricular aneuysm was performed. Linear regrssion analysis wad used to test the relation between decrease in LVEF of each patient with ventricular anearysm and mean LVEF of control group (△LVEF), and pexels of aneurysm. The total aneurysmal pixils calculated by phase analysis of radionuclide ventriculonraph reflects the blood volume ejected into an aneurysm in systole. The paradoxical etpansion of an aneurysm contributes to decrease of left venticular function.
