The principles to be followed by cultivating students,ability of questioning （the moderate principle; enlightening principle; identify-difference principle and creative principle） and the ways （to use chemical terminology; to use difficult and im- portant points; to establish conflict situations; to build a harmonious atmosphere; to find questions out of the things that appear as if there is no doubtful point）
