农业科技进步对我国农业发展发挥了重大的作用。但是,由于长期计划体制的影响,农业科技资源还远远没有得到充分的利用,农业科技成果转化运行机制仍然存在一系列问题,本文对农业科技成果转化运行机制存在的一系列问题进行了剖析。

Agricultural science and technology progress promotes greatly the development of agriculture. But with the effect of long-term planing system, the resources of agricultural science and technology haven＇t been used sufficiently,and there are also some problems existing in the operation mechanism of transformation for agricultural science and technology achievements. This article analyzed the problems of the operation mechanism of transformation for agricultural science and technology achievements.
