摘要
根据甘肃定西安家沟流域自然条件、土地利用状况,以及对人、财、物资源的输入和输出的分析,以种植业和畜牧业总体最大、纯经济效益最高为目标,在土地面积、劳动力、畜力、社会需求和饲料需求的约束之下,建立数学模型,应用线性规划方法进行土地利用结构优化设计。土地利用结构优化调整后,农、林、牧用地比例由原来的6.5∶3.1∶0.4调整为1.7∶4.8∶3.5,社会效益、经济效益和生态效益得到了不同程度的提高。
Based on the natural condition, land use as well as production level and watershed control measure in An Jia Gou watershed of Dingxi, Gansu province, through analysis of land use types, structures, spatial distribution pattern, land resource, finance, substance input and output; in view to gaining the biggest comprehensive net economic profit of farming and animal husbandry; from qualitative to quantitative approach; through established mathematical model; in consideration of restrained factors of area, man-power, livestock-power, social demand and fodder amount, linear programming method was applied. An optimization land use structure was suggested. The optimization model provided optimal objective solution. The optimal structure of land use was adjusted. The proportion of land use for agriculture, forest and pasture was adjusted from 6.5 : 3.1 : 0.4 to 1.7 : 4. 8 : 3.5. Social benefits, economic benefits and ecological benefits increased at different levels.
