海口口岸传染病监测结果分析

AN ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS OF THE SURVEILLANCE OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES AT HAIKIU PORTS

本文报道了海口口岸１９８９～１９９３年出入境人员传染病监测情况、腹泻病人致病性弧菌调查及结果分析。从１０５６２人中检出ＨＩＶ感染者１０的、ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性１３６５例、梅毒７的、淋病５例；从８００的腹泻患者大便标本中检出０１群霍乱弧菌１８株及其他致病性弧菌。为进一步开展此项工作提供了科学依据。

This paper reports the analysis of the results obtained obtained during the surveillance of some infectious diseases of passengers both entering and leaving the country via Haikou ports between 1989 and 1993, especially the results of the investigation in the pathogenic vibriones in patients with diarrhoea.Among the total of 10, 562 passengers examined,there there were,10 HIV carriers,1,365 HBsAg positive,7 syphilitic and 5 gonorrheal cases detected.At the came tima,18 strains of Group 01 vibrio cholerae and other pathogenic vibriones were identified in the stool samples from a total of 800 diarrhoea cases. All this has produced a solid basis for further studies.
